You can use your order number and email address to track your order.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotional email folders. If you still can’t find it, ensure you entered the correct email address during checkout, or contact our customer support for help.

If you entered an incorrect email address, please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can update it for you and ensure you receive your order details.

You will be notified of any delays, and the estimated delivery date will be updated in the tracking system.

Once your order is shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address. However, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can reach out to our customer support team to request an address update

First, check with your neighbors or building management to see if they accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can’t locate it, contact our customer support so we can assist you in tracking your package or filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact customer support immediately to check the status of your order.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact customer support right away. We’ll assist you with the next steps, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
